Tickets are only available at the main club shop and at the stadium for games which are not sold out. Tickets can be purchased at the stadium from 9 am on match Saturdays (with 3.30 pmkick off) and normally from midday for midweek games. The club shop is open on match Saturdays (with 3.30 pm kick off) from 9 until 11 am.

Away match tickets
Bayern receive a strictly limited ticket allocation for away matches. In our experience, these tickets are usually sold extremely quickly. Please apply in writing, by fax or phone to the Ticket Systems department (address above). We cannot accept online applications for away match tickets, as we usually receive details of our ticketallocation from the home club very late, with no guarantee as to the size of the allocation from season to season.

Please note:
We do not acknowledge receipt or acceptance of your application. You may wish to consider sending your application by registered mail. We can only issue information about ticket allocation after we have sent the tickets. Please contact us by e-mail for this purpose. We will inform you in writing if wecannot fulfil your application because your chosen category, number of seats requested or both are no longer available.

Order processing

Timing
For home fixtures, we begin processing orders four to five weeks before the match. For away fixtures, processing begins three to four weeks before the match, provided we have received our allocation from the home club.

Please refrain from submitting questions about your order until we have begun processing ticket applications!

Order processing: general information
Club members and fan clubs take priority. After this, we process applications strictly in the order they arrive. We cannot accept returned tickets. There is exceptionally high demand for certain home games. In this case, we may be obliged to limit the number of tickets on general sale, or exclusively supply members and fan clubs. We process and evaluate every game on an individual basis, so we would ask you to supply separate applications and a separate cheque for each match. We will not cash your cheque until we have dispatched your tickets.

Delivery
We use the German Parcel courier service for dispatch within Germany - please do not supply us with a PO Box address. For last minute delivery, we use the Post Express service, and will bill you the additional cost incurred. Delivery outside Germany is made by registered letter or byDHL courier. Final deliveries are sent out on the Monday before a Saturday fixture, or the Friday before a Wednesday fixture.
